We are seeking a Wealth Management Administrator for our Toronto office located at 1 Adelaide East.
The ideal candidate for this role:
Is a high performer with high attention to detail
Someone who takes ownership for outcomes
Specific functions include: client meeting preparation of documents, completion of post-meeting commitments and investment trades
Responding to all client service enquiries, as well as those from client’s other professional partners such as accountants and lawyers
Working in a team environment to ensure best practices and balanced work flow
Understands and recognizes priorities, deadlines and has a sense of urgency
Desired Skills and Experience:
Post-Secondary degree/diploma, or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible work experience
Desire to pursue knowledge & growth. Excited to pursue securities and insurance licenses
Ability to take initiative and a pro-active approach to work
Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
Strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional planning, organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information with integrity
Desire to grow and to expand capabilities and responsibilities
