PeopleStrong Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Wealth Management Administrator on behalf of their client, Owens MacFadyen Group to be based in their Moncton location.
Owens MacFadyen Group (OMG) is a boutique Wealth Management and Benefits Consulting firm which specializes in the high net worth market. Since 1995 we have been providing a unique team-based approach to Comprehensive Wealth Management and Benefits Consulting that allows our clients to have significantly better outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Direct administrative support to one or more Senior Advisors
Client meeting preparation of documents
The completion of post-meeting commitments, such as the execution of investment trades
Ensuring the Advisors’ practices are compliant
Executing transactions as requested by clients
Responding to all client service inquiries, as well as those from other professional partners
Tracking information for Advisors’ business plan
Working in a team environment to ensure best practices and balanced workflow
Desired Skills and Experience:
University degree or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible work experience
Capable of completing professional training programs, such as securities and insurance licenses
Ability to take initiative and a pro-active approach to work
Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
Strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional planning, organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information with integrity
High attention to detail and accuracy
Understands and recognizes priorities, deadlines and has a sense of urgency
Desire to grow and to expand capabilities and responsibilities
