We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources in this multi-faceted role. Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through change management, recruitment and retention, performance and development, engagement, compensation, and employee relations strategies.
Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to management and employees by addressing all issues and concerns.
Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
Develop and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Review and update policies and procedures regularly to ensure our people practices are aligned with the current working environment in addition to the development of any new policies and procedures.
Develop and implement an Attendance Management program.
