We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources in this multi-faceted role. If you are an experienced, motivated HR professional that wants to add value to a high performing team by providing direction, guidance and support to our people leaders while building your own career, this is the right fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support current and future business needs through change management, recruitment and retention, performance and development, engagement, compensation, and employee relations strategies.
Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to management and employees by addressing all issues and concerns.
Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
Develop and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Review and update policies and procedures regularly to ensure our people practices are aligned with the current working environment in addition to the development of any new policies and procedures.
Develop and implement an Attendance Management program.
Develop and deliver leadership training to managers and advisors.
Oversee recognition activities such as course completions, birthday celebrations, service awards, special accomplishments, and special events.
Oversee wellness programs and initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Human Resources preferred.
5 Years’ demonstrated experience in a Human Resources role at a senior level.
Demonstrable knowledge of employment standards, human rights, occupational health and safety, and privacy legislations.
A CPHR designation considered an asset.
Ability to work onsite 100% (can work from any of our 4 locations: Saint John, Moncton, Halifax or Toronto).
